SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

7:30 AM

  • Registration opens for golfers

    • Registration will be outside near the golf services area. A nurse will be onsite taking temperature checks the day of the event. Per OHCC guidelines, players with a temperature of 100.1 or higher will not permitted. Golfers will not have access to the clubhouse or the locker room facilities.

  • Oakland Hills Country Club pro shop opens for golfers

  • Driving range, North Course Putting Green, and Short Game Area will be open

8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Tee Time Schedule

    • There will no longer be two shotgun starts. Tee times will be scheduled for event sponsors. Scheduling will be in 10 minute increments from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Golfers can arrive 1 hour before their scheduled tee time. All guests must depart immediately after round of golf. There will be no gatherings of any kind (i.e. event program).

6:30 PM

  • 50/50 Raffle Winner Announced

    • Do not need to be present to win.​

7:00 PM

  • Virtual Auction Closes

    • Do not need to be present to win.​

On Course Amenities

  • Snack packs located in all carts with assorted food and drinks

  • Beverages (beer, soft drinks, Gatorade, and water) located on all Par 3s

  • Snack Shack open for additional food and beverages

  • Rick Smith will be providing foursomes with helpful golf tips and tricks

  • Visit The Turn for the Tito’s Handmade Vodka Bloody Mary Bar (AM) and Tito's Cocktails (PM

  • Longest Drive- North course hole #5

  • Dream Golf Vacation- North course hole #5

Currently club house and locker room services are unavailable. However, there are several restrooms located throughout the clubhouse. Two players per cart. All carts are thoroughly sanitized before and after play.
